What are Backlinks or inbondlinks?

Backlinks or inbondlinks enable you to keep track of other pages on the web that link to your posts. For instance, suppose jon writes a blog that harry finds interesting.harry then goes to his own blog and writes a post of his own about it, he linking back to jon's original post. Now jon's post will automatically show that Harry has linked to it, and it will provide a short snippet of his text and a link to his post. What it all works out to is a way of expanding the comment feature such that related discussions on other sites can be included along with the regular comments on a post.

How helpful Backlinks are?

The number of quality backlinks is one indication of the popularity or importance of your website. So backlinks from high PageRank websites is essential to improve your site popularity and ranking in Google search.
Backlink are two type
1)            Dofollow backlink
2)            Nofollow backlink

What is dofollow backlinks?

The term dofollow link is introduced in 2005 by Google, to reduce the search engine spam indexing and to improve the search engine results. Only Dofollow links pass link juice to the linked webpage and influence the target’s page rank.

Multiple Dofollow links from same webpage

If multiple links are pointing to the same webpage then Google bot considers the first link and ignore others. So if a webpage has two links pointing to same page of other website and out of 2 links, first is nofollow and 2nd one is dofollow then Google bot consider the first link and ignores second one, so in such scenario dofollow link gets ignored by bot and no link juice passed. The same rule applies for internal links too.

What is Nofollow link?

If you always wonder what does nofollow mean then probably here is the answer of it, it’s a link is set as nofollow, it means Google boot won’t crawl the link and won’t pass any link juice.
